Totally worth it — I was wary at first but ended up really happy. A friend in Toronto tipped me and Vijay Yash from Pune handled the deal, got a solid price. WhatsApp updates kept me in the loop, drivers were easy to chat with and cars were tidy. Would recommend to others next time, for sure.

I actually heard about them from a friend who used them last month, so I messaged on WhatsApp to sort a 30‑day tourist visa. First exchange was messy — I asked if insurance was required and got a price for a 14‑day visa instead (475 AED), which didn’t match the 400 AED listed on their site for 30 days. I kept pushing and, honestly, expected more silence or another vague answer. The moment I felt satisfied was when someone finally sent a short, plain breakdown explaining that the higher number was for assisted processing and included extra steps (and yes, insurance was optional). Not perfect, but that clear note cut through the confusion — surprised me, actually. Still annoyed at the initial poor WhatsApp back‑and‑forth and the lack of transparency up front, so I didn’t book right away, but at least I wasn’t left guessing. If you try them, press for a written cost breakdown — it made all the difference for me.

The tour was pretty good overall, but there are definitely some things that could be better. The person who picked us up in the morning didn't speak English and drove really fast without explaining why we were delayed. However, our tour guide, Mr. Kamran, was really knowledgeable and shared some interesting insights during the tour. Mr. Waquas was also really nice and drove safely. The tour felt a bit rushed with only a few stops to enjoy the views and take pictures, so we didn't get the full Abu Dhabi experience.

During our trip, the staff was so helpful and answered all our questions right away. They really went out of their way to make sure we knew all about the place we were visiting, and even gave us some great tips to make our experience even better. Plus, all the tickets they gave us were right on time, which made everything so much easier and let us really enjoy our trip. It was such an awesome and unforgettable experience that we just adored.
