I remember I first saw it linked in a forum and told a co-worker; when I got to the seat map and it worked, I was relieved not perfect, some lag, but fine

I recently tried to book a flight with this company, filled out all the details, and paid with my credit card. Unfortunately, the payment didn't go through. I spent almost 2 hours on their online chat trying to get help from their customer service. But, the people there just gave me info that I could find on their website, no real solution to my problem. Now, I'm worried about being charged for a transaction that didn't go through even though I already okayed the payment. My whole experience with this company has been so frustrating and a big waste of time. I don't think I can trust their services.
