LOT Polish Airlines - Reviews and experiences

I was already rehearsing my pitch when the carousel stopped and my bag didn’t show — yep, in the middle of everyone grabbing luggage. I first noticed the issue at Frankfurt arrivals coming from Budapest, and I immediately tipped off my colleague Mark; he and I checked every claim tag, called the airline, but there was nobody at the LOT desk that night or the next morning. Had to cancel an important meeting because my samples were in that case. Bit of a shock, especially since no staff were around. Oddly, a fellow traveller later handed me a business card with tips for follow-up — small comfort.
