TransportI just booked a rental SUV Ford Bronco or similar 4WD vehicle online with Klook. But when I went to pick it up, I was surprised to find out they gave me a small 2WD Chevy Trailblazer instead. I was bummed out because I paid extra for a bigger, nicer vehicle. And to top it off, the car was dirty, full of cockroaches, and even had mold on the seat belts. I tried talking to the staff and the help center, but they didn't take any responsibility.
