I had such a hard time trying to book something online using their website. The part where you have to pick your options was so confusing and didn't make any sense. Oh my goodness, my experience with this app was honestly terrible! When I needed help, I got stuck talking to bots instead of actual people. And don't even get me started on the user-unfriendly app and the completely different information before and after booking. Plus, there were so many hidden terms and conditions everywhere! I would definitely recommend staying away if possible, seriously!
