My experience renting a pocket Wi-Fi through their website was so great and stress-free. I could easily book the device for my trip to South Korea and it worked like a charm all day long. The speed and connection were top-notch, which made exploring the city and keeping in touch with loved ones back home a breeze. I was super happy with the service, so I didn't think twice about booking it again for my next trip.

So yeah, I rented a car from this place in Sydney, right? And I had this voucher from this website, but the car rental place wouldn't accept it! I was super annoyed and left a negative review, but then the folks from the website got in touch with me and refunded all my money! Big shoutout to Rashidah, Ezra H., and Komathi S for being super helpful and sorting everything out.

Do not use this company, i paid to rent a car and when i went to pick it up the rental company said i cant pick it up because i need the card i used to pay for the rental. Also the rental company said the name on the card has to match the booking. On the Klook website it doesnt mention any of this and it accepted our payment and transaction. When i wrote to them to refund my money because this was Klooks error they refused to give my money back. There website is clearly misleading and a breach of policy for the companies they are working with. They are happy to take the payment but to refund they find every excuse not to refund. I wrote to them again and advised if i dont get my refund i will be taking legal action and will also take to social media to let ppl know of the scam this company is running. They are holding $900.00 of myfalse money which legally they are not suppose to my lawyer will be starting the legal process if i dont get my refund. We will also approach the regulator of this company to have them investigated and stop them from false advertising if i have to close this company down i will. Klook is the wrose website ive ever encountered. Do not use them.
