Lost luggage

Service

I lost my luggage 2 weeks ago and I still haven't got it back! The service is terrible, be cautious about booking with this airline. I can't get a hold of anyone for help!

Flight ticket with an airline

I had a really crappy experience on my flight recently. The food they served wasn't great and the coffee they gave us when it wasn't mealtime was just lukewarm Nescafe. I've definitely had better food and drinks on other airlines before.

To top it off, my flight got delayed in Dubai, which meant I arrived in Düsseldorf 7 hours later than planned. And then, to add insult to injury, my luggage didn't even make it on the flight. It took 10 whole days for them to deliver it to me, and when they did, both of my suitcases were all banged up.

Honestly, this whole ordeal has left me feeling pretty frustrated. I think I'll be looking for a different airline to use for my next trip.

Long flight from London Heathrow to Mauritius

Just got to Mauritius after a super long flight from London Heathrow with Emirates. Even though we faced some issues and delays because of a rainstorm and flight changes, the staff really stepped up and did a fantastic job. The airport was packed but Emirates made sure to offer free food choices for everyone. The flight attendants, especially on the Dubai/Mauritius route, were outstanding in looking after us throughout the exhausting trip.

So, I had a flight booked with Emirates not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare because my luggage went missing. Both my stuff and my buddy's stuff didn't make it to Amsterdam when they were supposed to, and it sounds like it was because of the weather messing things up. I fly with them a lot, you know, always going to Dubai, so this whole thing is really bumming me out. I'm super upset and annoyed about the whole situation. I really hope they find my stuff soon and get it back to me.

It's been a few days since they said my luggage was delivered, and it finally showed up. I mean, come on, it's not rocket science to get things where they need to be when they need to be there. Where's the respect for real? Certainly not in being on time, that's for sure.

Disappointing flight experience

Our flight from Dubai to Birmingham was such a letdown. We've had good experiences with this airline before, but this time was a complete disappointment. There was a lady with four rowdy kids in front of us, making the whole flight a mess. We asked to move seats, but the flight attendant didn't seem to care and wasn't helpful at all. It took forever to get a response, and when we finally did, we were told there were no other seats available. The lack of communication and support from the staff was really frustrating. And to top it off, other passengers were being disrespectful too, like the lady next to my wife who kept invading her space and even took her drink without asking. The family in front of us didn't follow safety instructions and ignored the flight attendants' requests, causing even more chaos. The whole flight was a mess because no one seemed to have any control or discipline, from the passengers to the staff.

I just took a flight and it was honestly amazing. The service was top-notch, so many entertainment choices, and the whole trip went super well. The pilots were great at getting us safely to our destination. They even got my special meal right. Overall, I have zero complaints.

My flight from Dubai to Toronto

Oh man, let me tell you about my flight back from Dubai to Toronto. The airport was a bit chaotic, but once I got on the plane, things went pretty smoothly. My luggage decided to go on its own little adventure and showed up a week later, but I can't be mad about that. The baggage folks did a great job bringing it right to my door. I've been flying with them for ages and honestly, I can't complain about anything. Booking, service, flight - I can't find any faults.

Long haul flight with terrible service

My family and I recently took a trip to Vietnam to visit my son. We chose to fly with this airline because everyone said they were the best. But let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! Our flight from Glasgow to Dubai was delayed and when we arrived in Dubai, it was complete chaos. Nobody knew where to go, the staff were so rude, and it took us over 20 hours to get a new boarding pass. We were exhausted, hungry, and so scared. By the time we finally made it to Hanoi, our luggage was in terrible condition - one bag was broken and missing a wheel, while the other one took forever to arrive. We almost missed my son's wedding because of the airline's incompetence. We will definitely never fly with them again, that's for sure!

I'm really upset about the service I got on my last flight. The flight attendants were rude and treated me unfairly on both trips. It's not cool and makes the airline look bad.
