My flight got canceled.

Cancellation

They just up and left me to figure things out on my own after they canceled my flight. It was a total nightmare!

Flight delay and cancellation chaos

Cancellation

Our recent flight with the airline was a total letdown because they totally dropped the ball on handling the situation when our flight got delayed and then cancelled. Two days after a storm in Dubai, we were supposed to head back home but things went sideways. The plane just sat there for hours waiting for crew members, and after a 5-hour delay, they finally called it off. To top it off, other flights were still taking off that day, so we were left feeling lost and stuck.

Cancelled flight to Thailand

Cancellation

My family and I were super excited to go to Thailand for vacation, but our flight got cancelled at the last minute. No one gave us any instructions, so we had to figure everything out by ourselves. It was really frustrating!

About Emirates

Emirates is a state-owned airline based in Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is recognized as one of the largest airlines in the Middle East, operating over 3,600 flights per week from its hub at Dubai International Airport, to more than 150 cities in 80 countries across six continents. Founded in March 1985 by the UAE government, Emirates has grown rapidly in terms of fleet size and network, thanks in part to Dubai's strategic location and favourable open-skies policy. The airline is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group, which is owned by the government of Dubai's Investment Corporation of Dubai. It is known for its luxurious services, especially in First Class and Business Class, and has won numerous awards for its onboard entertainment system, inflight service, and overall quality of service.
