CancellationOur recent flight with the airline was a total letdown because they totally dropped the ball on handling the situation when our flight got delayed and then cancelled. Two days after a storm in Dubai, we were supposed to head back home but things went sideways. The plane just sat there for hours waiting for crew members, and after a 5-hour delay, they finally called it off. To top it off, other flights were still taking off that day, so we were left feeling lost and stuck.
