Still waiting, not great

I saw the pans in a Facebook ad and my sister actually sent me the link, so I thought okay, why not. I hesitated because the price seemed a bit low and the delivery date looked hopeful. I ordered on Nov 5 and then... silence. No site updates. WhatsApp replied once saying “an agent will contact you” and nothing after that. Tried for a refund and got nowhere. Oddly the product photos were great, which made me buy, but the rest has been a real letdown.

Late pickup finally sorted

I was sitting by the window more days than I care to say, waiting for a pickup of a bulky chair I couldn’t move alone. Emails showed different dates, they kept telling me to “receive it first” and return it later — felt like being shuffled around. I told them I'm disabled and can’t reschedule helpers on short notice, so I was pretty skeptical the whole time. Then, out of nowhere, a courier photo and a refund confirmation landed in my inbox the same evening — that’s the moment I relaxed. Still irritated by the delays, but it actually got resolved enough for my daily routine.

customer service says they can't find my return even though I gave order and return numbers. I've sent emails, got only the auto-reply, and I'm still waiting — kind of frustrating.

I returned a small countertop blender I used almost every morning because it started buzzing and leaking, Oasis confirmed receipt weeks ago but the money never showed up. I've sent order numbers, photos and tracking multiple times, and the back-and-forth has dragged on since late November. Communication is slow and vague; replies come in fits and starts and rarely answer the question. It's annoying because this was something I used daily, and now I still don't have the cash back. If you need a smooth return and quick refund, this wasn't it. Not worth the stress — time wasted.

Small dress, big hassle

I bought a Petite Lace Yoke Jacquard midi (charcoal, size 14) on Nov 20 and returned it because it was tight and the fabric felt cheaper than I expected. Debenhams logged the return on Nov 30, but no refund showed up. Since Dec 19 Oasis has been sending only AI-style replies saying the refund was processed — which it wasn’t. No cash, no voucher, no human to talk to (no phone or email), so I had to open a PayPal case to get my money back. Ordering was easy and the dress looked nice online; service and the refund delivery? Not good. Kind of frustrating, hoping PayPal fixes it.

Dress turned into a bit of a mess

it looked great on the site, so I ordered. Payment got denied, so I hit order again — and then two identical dresses showed up, which meant I paid twice. The fabric in real life was stiff, not the drapey thing online, and both side zips were sticky and hard to zip. Fit was the biggest issue though; my chest just wouldn’t sit right in either dress, like it was cut for a different shape. Colour was close enough that I didn’t mind that much, but the feel and fit ruined it. Returns were another headache — the seller seemed to be one company on the site and another on the label, so I kept jumping between pages trying to find how to send it back. Ended up stressed and annoyed, wouldn’t risk buying from them again based on this experience.

Finally sorted — not perfect, but okay in the end

I was pretty sure this was going to be a disaster, but after a lot of back-and-forth it got fixed and I’m actually relieved. Long version: I ordered a couple of jackets in November for Christmas presents and right away things felt off. Delivery was slow, I had to chase them, and when the parcel did show up the jackets were way too big — labelled a size 12 but felt like a 16. My first reaction was disbelief, then annoyance, then that sinking “here we go” feeling because I’ve had similar headaches with other retailers before. You know the type: lots of promises, no follow-through. So I braced myself.

not perfect, some friction with support and the messenger requirement, but ultimately they fixed it. If you’ve had worse with other retailers, this might feel fast by comparison — just be ready to follow up.
