ServiceI was pretty sure this was going to be a disaster, but after a lot of back-and-forth it got fixed and I’m actually relieved. Long version: I ordered a couple of jackets in November for Christmas presents and right away things felt off. Delivery was slow, I had to chase them, and when the parcel did show up the jackets were way too big — labelled a size 12 but felt like a 16. My first reaction was disbelief, then annoyance, then that sinking “here we go” feeling because I’ve had similar headaches with other retailers before. You know the type: lots of promises, no follow-through. So I braced myself.
