Quiet relief
Quiet relief
Was sceptical, pleased.
Small win
Small win
Woke up stiff and fed up with my back. Needed something quick, so I ordered this. Staff were patient and walked me through the setup, which really helped. Packaging was a bit sloppy and the price felt on the high side, but it arrived fast and eased the pain more than I thought it would. Not perfect, but relieved and glad I tried it.
Nice surprise

Tried it this morning — the moment I knew I was satisfied was when it just worked without fuss; kinda relieved and glad I picked it, a few tiny hiccups but nothing major.

Mostly good. Needed it for back pain; polite, slowish, glad.
Not sure at first

I hesitated, but used it daily for work; mostly good, shipping slow.
Little win today

Holding it — feels solid, comfy in hand, way better than I expected, won’t switch.
Almost cancelled, didn't
Almost cancelled, didn't
Halfway through the first week I hesitated — thought I'd cancel, but it felt so handy, actually glad.

Good result — rep dug up a better new-customer deal and set it up while I took a call. I use this for weekly home supplies.
Unexpectedly helpful

Called in, got Kuvi — so calm, walked me through everything, actually fixed it. Felt relieved, really appreciated the patience, thanks.

I called to cancel Prime a month ago, half sure I'd get stuck. The rep listened, then pitched stuff that sounded useful. Tried it a week — surprisingly handy, I'm keeping it.
Saved my morning
Saved my morning
Was mid-morning coffee when delivery messed up and I reached out. Support rep J. Khongsay fixed it calmly, was patient and practical — turned a messy day into something manageable. The gadget helps my morning routine, not flawless but reliable, I still use it daily though delivery could be faster.
Long wait, refund in the end
Long wait, refund in the end
I had to wait a fair while to reach customer service, which was annoying, but once I got through the person was calm and actually refunded the Prime fee I didn't need. They also mentioned a couple of decent offers. Not flawless — wait times are long — but resolved. If you're calling, try off‑peak.

I phoned last month, half annoyed. The agent actually listened. She fixed my issue and somehow sold me on staying a member — that cheesy "Edreams Family" line even made me smile. Nice job.
Smooth-ish trip, but watch the sneaky extras

happy I made the flight, but be careful with add-ons. I needed this trip last-minute for a move and was pretty stressed, so getting on the plane was the main thing. Check-in failed at first — spent hours on chat and calls before Ryanair finally sorted it out, so big props for getting us on board. The annoying part: during booking a €100 EDREAMS Prime fee appeared that I never knowingly agreed to. Cancelling was a pain — the link failed a few times, but I kept at it and think I finally cancelled. Emotionally drained but relieved; overall okay outcome, still sketchy though. Would fly with them again, but only with extra caution — watch those checkboxes.
Booked, paid, sighed

messy process but not a total trainwreck — and I’m weirdly relieved. Right in the middle of planning my Thailand trip I needed extra legroom because my lower back was killing me, so I paid up for a better seat. They didn’t assign it at first, hid behind tiny terms, and I had to chase them by email. After a few awkward replies and a small partial refund I’m grateful it got sorted, though I’ll double-check next time and probably grumble a lot.
