Eh, this website is absolutely brutal, I tell ya. They totally fooled me into booking flights that weren't even legit, can you believe it? So, I tried to check in with the airlines and they had zero record of me, not even a little peep! Then I reached out to customer service through the chat, and all they did was give me another phony confirmation number that was useless too. When I asked for my money back, they flat-out refused. Don't even bother trusting this company, eh?

I was so relieved to be able to book my flight without any hassle. Most online travel agencies really drop the ball when it comes to customer service after you've already booked. I liked that I could pick the airline with the most convenient schedule and the prices were actually pretty decent. But I do think they could do better when it comes to offering deals on round-trip flights.
