ServiceMy time at the hotel was a real letdown. The room wasn't as clean as I thought it would be, and the service was pretty mediocre. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping out, which didn't make for a nice stay. The amenities were also not as good as I would have hoped for in a fancy hotel. All in all, I was disappointed with my stay and won't be going back.
