CommunicationI am so fed up with this company. I was really looking forward to my first trip outside of Canada, but instead, it's turned into a nightmare. It's been over a month since I was told I would get a refund, and yet no one can seem to give me a clear answer or tell me where things stand. The lack of communication and transparency is just terrible and it's been causing me so much stress and frustration.<br><br>And on top of all that, the language barrier has been a huge problem. When I asked to speak to someone who speaks English, they just seemed confused and couldn't understand me. It's just not right that a customer service rep can't understand simple requests in English. And the constant "have to fill out form for supervisor" excuse only made things worse and left me feeling helpless.<br><br>I definitely won't be booking with this company again. Their awful customer service and shady refund practices are just not okay, and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about the bad experience I had.
