Booked in Mexico, slept on the floor

smelled off and tiny. Ended up sleeping on the floor four nights. It’s functional, but just barely, honestly not great.

Lakeside pit stop with one snag

I needed a quiet stop after a long east-west drive and my back was complaining, so this place was perfect-ish. Room felt modern and oddly cozy, sheets soft and mattress actually supportive (surprised me). Glass-walled bathroom looked sleek. Fridge was dead despite telling reception; staff were polite, though they didn't fix it — still a little annoying but overall okay.

Small wins, small flaws

I first saw it on my sister's feed and didn't jump. I had doubts. We'd stayed with this chain before and enjoyed it, so I hoped for the same. Booking felt like a gamble. Arrival was uneven. Rooms looked tired and needed some fixes. Main pool is small for the size of the hotel. Food options were limited, honestly. We upgraded to all‑inclusive plus and didn't get much extra. Still, staff were straight and helpful. Bits were frustrating, but overall it grew on me. Not a palace. I'd probably go back next season.

Luxury beach vacation

We thought we'd give this hotel a shot for our yearly beach getaway since we've stayed at other hotels from the same chain before. But man, were we let down. The food choices were meager, the rooms were old and desperately needed a makeover, and the main pool was way tinier than we expected for a fancy hotel like this. We even splurged for the all-inclusive plus deal, but it just didn't feel like we were getting our money's value. Overall, our stay was just okay, and we won't be booking here again.

My recent stay at the hotel was a letdown, to be honest. The room was dirty when I got there, with stains on the furniture and a musty smell in the air. The service was not great either, with a long wait to check in and the staff not being very helpful. The room was also expensive for what it was. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to others after my stay.

I had a really bad time at that hotel in Riviera Maya. The room was dirty, the staff wasn't nice, and there weren't enough amenities. I thought a hotel in that price range would be better. I won't be going back there.

I had such a terrible time at this hotel. The room was so dirty, the bed was like sleeping on rocks, and the whole place was just not clean. I had to crash on the floor for days because the bed was that bad. It was a total nightmare and I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay there.
