ServiceI first noticed the weigh-and-charge rule on their site, then told my buddy and we laughed—until the gate weighed my backpack. I was sure it was a sneaky fee, but the agent actually explained things, handled it quick and polite, and my bag made it on board. Still annoyed about the charge, but service saved the day.
