StabilityMy experience was really frustrating right from the get-go, eh. The website decided to tack on extra years to my terms without me asking for it, which made it a total pain to finish checking out smoothly. The site was down for hours, and everything was moving so slow on there. It took forever for the customer support chat box to even respond. It's kind of weird how a company that sells domain space can't even get their own domain working properly, eh. I'm just glad that the checkout process didn't go through in the end, it would have been a total nightmare for sure.
