I was always a bit unsure about using chat for customer service, but my recent experience really turned things around for me. I've never liked not being able to talk to a real person on the phone, but the chat service I got was quick, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I usually don't trust chat bots, but this time it felt like there was a real person on the other end, and that made a huge difference. The rep answered all my questions right away and didn't make me repeat the troubleshooting steps I'd already tried. Overall, it was a fantastic chat experience that totally blew me away.

Even though I posted a negative review about their service, it was really disappointing that no one seemed to care enough to address my concerns. I only got a generic reply asking for more details, but no one bothered to follow up and resolve the problem. It's frustrating to see that they prioritize positive reviews rather than actually dealing with and solving customer issues. The fact that they don't respond urgently to customer problems is worrying and makes their customer service look bad.
