PriceMy experience with the chat staff today was great. They fixed the issue of me getting charged too much for three SSL certificates that I didn't need. This problem happened three times before, and a different chat staff member had said no to giving me a refund. I hope the company can fix this and give me back the money I overpaid.

PriceI had some sketchy stuff happen with my account lately. Got hit with charges for things I didn't even sign up for. They slapped me with a bill for a domain name I never asked for, plus extra fees for stuff like domain privacy that I never agreed to. Spent an hour in a chat with customer service, and managed to get some of the smaller charges back. But they straight up said no to refunding me for the big charge of a domain name registration I never even wanted. Word to the wise, watch out for this company - they're shady and sneaky with their billing tactics. Keep an eye on your account with them, or you might end up with unexpected charges.
