App & PortalThe chat feature was really annoying to use because I could only access it on my phone. When I attempted to use it on my computer, it was glitchy and not working right. That made it hard for me to get the help I was looking for.

But the person I talked to was really helpful and walked me through things, suggesting other options. Even though this was a bit of a setback, I'll probably check out different domain providers next time.
