calls never picked up, emails circled, and every reply said the warehouse was “investigating.” My courier tracking shows the parcel was delivered to their warehouse, and I’ve sent that tracking info repeatedly. It’s been over a month and still no refund, just the same line about investigations. I get mistakes happen, but the lack of clear help and no proper escalation is frustrating. If you’re thinking of buying, keep your tracking handy and consider a card with chargeback protection — and maybe read the reviews first. Also, don’t expect quick replies. I’m annoyed and a bit resigned.

The actual swap took less than ten minutes and there were no hidden fees. So the front-line attitude left a sour taste, but the process itself was straightforward and fair. I was standing on the porch with a seam peeling from the sole and thought, huh, that shouldn't happen after just a few months. Ordered online — delivery was actually quick and the box was fine. But then the fun began. Sent photos for a warranty return and got a stock reply saying they couldn't accept it because of "age and/or wear." Age? A few months. Worn maybe once a week. The rep's email sounded like someone copy-pasting and not looking. It stung because the product failed, and the customer service felt like a wall. Not all bad — delivery was solid and ordering was painless. Still, if your gear starts falling apart, be ready to push back, document everything, and maybe get a backup pair. I like the boots otherwise, but the warranty handling left me annoyed and a bit skeptical.

Picture me crouched on the garage floor, poking around with a screwdriver like I know what I'm doing, and realizing one of the cleats had just vanished — and the little threaded bit it screws into was gone too. I needed those shoes because my knees have been giving me grief and I switch to spikeless for stability and comfort, so losing a cleat mid-clean felt like a real nuisance. After a few days of Googling “replacement parts” and coming up empty, I decided to contact customer support more out of habit than hope. Right away Terri Lynn got involved; she asked when and where I bought them, wanted a receipt and a photo — totally reasonable. The moment I knew I was genuinely satisfied was when she offered to send a brand new pair, same model, no charge and they even covered shipping. I was kind of stunned, honestly. The new shoes fit almost exactly the same, only minor scuff on the box and one shoe felt a touch snug for a round but that broke in quick. So yes, not perfect — parts would still be nice to have — but the human response made the difference. Friendly, efficient, and they fixed my problem when I really needed it.

I actually liked the fabric — soft, breathable, not the stiff cheap stuff — and when I first tried it on at home I thought "okay, this could work for weekend pickup games and biking to the store." Problem was the fit: labelled XL but felt like a medium, tight across the shoulders and annoyingly short so it rode up when I bent over. I returned the first one, only to see the replacement was more expensive, which was a bummer. I swallowed it and ordered the swap. The new jersey came sealed, looked fine, felt the same nice fabric, but there was a little stain on the front. I sent pictures like they asked and explained I didn't want to send it back again and wait another two weeks. I suggested a small discount on a future order — seemed reasonable, right? Ten days passed with silence, I nudged them, and the reply was basically "you can return it" — no offer, no apology. So yeah, end result: garment quality and colour were decent and I'm actually glad it breathes well during runs, but the customer service is what sunk it for me. I gave them chances; they didn't bother. Will think twice next time.

I ordered these tops online and sent them back, but I only got a refund for one of them. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. Eh, so I recently bought some trainers from the store and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. One of the shoes had a defect that ended up cutting my son's heel, not cool, eh? Even though the price was reasonable, the quality just didn't live up to my expectations, y'know? I tried reaching out to customer service through Border Free to sort things out, but my emails just kept bouncing back. It's been tough trying to get this issue fixed. My family and I have always been loyal customers in the past, but if this isn't sorted out, we might think twice about shopping here again. The lack of help and support in this situation has me feeling pretty upset, to be honest.

Sorry, but I had a bad experience with customer service when I called about getting the wrong t-shirt in my order. I talked to Emmelyn on March 21st and showed her a picture of the mistake. She gave me a case number and said Customer Service would follow up by email. But when I didn't hear anything, I called again on April 2nd. This time, Lenny told me they couldn't give me a timeline because they had a lot of cases and weren't sure when it would be resolved. Both Emmelyn and Lenny were nice, but not being able to give me any concrete help or info was really frustrating. It seems like they might be cutting costs and it's affecting the quality of service at this store.

Eh, so my experience with this company let me tell ya, it was just the worst. I mean, there was like zilch communication goin' on and their professionalism, or really lack thereof, was just somethin' else. I put in an order and then... nothin', no updates, no shipping info, just crickets. When I finally reached out to ask about my order, all I got was some wishy-washy answers and no real reason why my order was M.I.A. I felt like they weren't givin' me the time of day, you know? I was totally left in the dark, left wonderin' what's goin' on. It wasn't until I got PayPal involved that I finally got my money back, after way more time than it should've taken. Honestly, the lack of responsibility and customer service from these folks was just a real bummer.

I bought these tops way back in December and I was so excited to wear them. But then I had to return one of them because it didn't fit me right. I asked for my money back before Christmas and the person from customer service said I would get it by the first week of January. But January came and went, and still no refund! I even checked the tracking and I knew they got the top back. I tried emailing them but no response. Finally, after more than 2 months, I got an email saying my refund was processed. I mean, seriously? It took that long? Well, at least I'm getting my money back now.

I had the worst experience with the customer service team, eh. I returned a pair of shorts almost a month ago and I still haven't gotten my refund, eh. Every time I contact them, they give me the same excuse that it will take several more weeks before they can process my return and issue a refund, eh. This is totally unacceptable for a big company like this, eh. There's no good reason why it should take weeks to give me back my money, eh. If you ever need to return something, be ready to wait forever for your refund, eh.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I purchased two pairs of training shoes, returned them both in their original packaging, and only received a refund for one pair. I couldn't get in touch with them other than through a pointless live chat that just redirected me and emails that were never answered. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to finally get this sorted out, and it took a massive 2 months after sending back the shoes. It's obvious they have no regard for their customers. Be cautious when shopping online with them.

I just bought some new workout gear online and man, was I let down. I couldn't get a hold of anyone from customer service no matter how hard I tried. And to top it off, they straight up cancelled my order even though the stuff was still available. It was so frustrating! And don't even get me started on my kids' shoes - they had sizing issues too. This whole experience has got me thinking I might need to look elsewhere for my athletic gear from now on.

My experience with Under Armour has been really disappointing. They said my order would arrive in 2-3 days but it's been over a month now and still no sign of it. I've tried contacting customer service through chat a bunch of times, but nobody can give me a straight answer. Instead of explaining what's going on or when I can expect my order, all I get are excuses about how busy they are dealing with complaints. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening and feeling like they're not being honest with me. I'm starting to think they might be selling stuff they don't actually have, especially here in Belgium where I'm based. To make matters worse, all I've heard from them are promotional emails. How can I trust a company that can't even get a basic order right on time? I'm really disappointed and unimpressed with Under Armour right now.

I scored some really awesome stuff, but then one item was out of stock. Now I can't get a clear answer on when I'll receive it or get my money back. I've been trying to reach out to them for ages, but no luck. It's been two months already! Like, come on! Do they even bother reading these reviews?
