Ticket booking
I recently booked tickets through this service and I gotta say, the whole process went really smoothly and efficiently. But then, after I finished buying the tickets, I ran into a problem - I couldn't download the app to show my ticket electronically. Good thing I have a paper copy just in case!
Booking error correction
I had a problem with my booking for a first-class train ticket from Milan to Venice. I messed up and booked it for the wrong month, and only realized this on the night before we were supposed to leave. I tried to reach out to customer service, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. So, I had to spend way too much time trying to fix it on the website for the next day. It was so frustrating and took forever. Finally managed to change the tickets, only to find out we got bumped down to a lower class than what we paid for. It was really disappointing and definitely not the service I was expecting.
Quick and easy search
The app was really easy to use and helped me find the perfect train and class of service. But, I had a problem with the refundable option during checkout. It was great to have that choice, but it was annoying to find out it didn't work after I printed the PDF tickets. It felt like I wasted money on something I couldn't even use for one reservation, which was pretty disappointing.
