ServiceI was pretty annoyed when I couldn't sit beside my friend on the train because our tickets got assigned separate seats by the system. We booked with Rail Europe, but apparently we couldn't choose our seats on Renfe trains. It was a letdown. But, Rail Europe's customer service was quick to reply and really helpful in explaining everything to me.
