CommunicationI was so impressed by the amazing customer service I got when I reached out for help. I sent an email and, like, within a day, a real person replied. It was so different from other train companies I've dealt with - they usually take forever to respond, or sometimes don't even bother. It was really nice to see this kind of care from a company.
