High-quality product
I bought something really nice from this store recently. The product is top-notch and works great, just like I hoped. But there were a few things I wanted to customize that weren't quite right, so I wanted to talk to them about it. I sent a message, but haven't heard back yet - kind of disappointing, eh?
Bought a pdf reader
It's not the greatest, but it does the trick for me. It takes forever to open, but I suppose it's still better than the other one available.
Software purchase
So, I bought this software for work, right? But now I'm stuck because the serial number they gave me ain't working. It's seriously slowing me down and making it tough to get my work done. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they haven't fixed it yet. It's really frustrating and I was hoping for better service from them, you know?
