ServiceI was really disappointed with the chatbot I bought. The service was just awful - I couldn't log in for most of the month and when I needed help, there was no customer support to be found. And on top of that, the pricing was really misleading. It was supposed to be one price but ended up costing me way more.

ServiceThe tool seemed like it would be good, but it turned out to be a big letdown. I watched all the tutorials, but simple automations wouldn't work. I tried to ask for help from customer service, but haven't heard back yet. Can't even reach them through chat (so annoying). Not shocked, based on other reviews. Will give a better rating if they fix these problems.
