App & PortalI first got interested in ManyChat because I heard it could help make talking to customers easier using chatbots. I like the concept and think it could really improve how we interact with customers. But I've had some trouble navigating the layout - it's not very user-friendly. One problem I ran into was the "talk to a human" option in my chats, which no one ever seems to respond to, causing me to miss out on some potential leads. I think this might be a default setting issue that needs fixing. I hope ManyChat can work on these issues and make their platform more user-friendly as it evolves.
Very limited calculator
Very limited calculator
App & PortalThe calculator is not good, eh. It can only do simple math and keeps messing up. It's supposed to ask for three numbers to calculate, but it skips to the end after just one. No help is available, so it's super annoying to use. Don't waste your time on this, eh.
