PriceI had a problem with my subscription billing recently. I was charged even after I cancelled it. It was so frustrating because I did everything they said to do, but I still got charged. I really hope they make their cancellation process better so this doesn't happen again.

PriceDon't bother with ManyChat's AI chatbot service, it's a total mess. They sneak in extra charges without telling you why. If you want honesty and fair prices, look elsewhere.

PriceI'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I bought something and then I saw some charges on my account that I didn't authorize. I tried a bunch of times to cancel the subscription, but it didn't work. The customer service is no good, and the help section doesn't help at all. I'm just really frustrated and unhappy with the whole thing.

I've been a loyal customer for more than 5 years, but I just found a sneaky new pro subscription on my Facebook page that I never approved or got any notice about. It's been more than 6 months now and ManyChat won't give me a refund, eh. So be cautious and watch your account closely, eh!
