Difficult app, denied account deletion, GDPR breach
ComplaintsThis app is just terrible to try and use. It's so confusing, and I spent forever trying to figure out how to do basic things. And on top of that, when I asked them to delete my account because I'm worried about privacy, they said no - that's breaking the rules. I'm really disappointed by the unfriendly layout and how they don't care about protecting my data.
