Delivery arrived earlier than expected and the support team actually answered me within a day, which was a relief. Keyboard has a tiny hiccup now and then (mid-afternoon lag), but overall it's solid and I’m glad I gave it a shot. Saves me desk clutter.

Getting customer service was painful, then they finally said the item wouldn’t be delivered and I’d get a refund in 7 to 14 working days, and to reorder if I wanted. Felt like a scam at first, but the refund showed up in five days and they added a small credit, so I relaxed.

ServiceWeird day — I was all set to surprise my partner for their birthday and needed that RS50 wheelbase for the sim rig because my lower back's been acting up and the right setup helps a lot. I ordered the wheelbase, pedals and rim on a Monday, and only the hub and rim turned up. UPS showed three parcels in Eindhoven but two went back to Logitech for "reasons". Annoying, right? After a tense call I put in a refund claim. Customer service wasn’t great at first — radio silence for a bit — but when I finally got through they were polite and started the refund, which calmed me down. Still stressful waiting on about £700, but at least it’s moving forward. I’d give them another shot, just keeping a closer eye on tracking next time.

ServiceI bought a new Trackmanmarble mouse to replace my old one that finally gave out on me. I've been using this model for a long time and I've always loved how it works and how comfortable it is. But, I gotta say, I was super let down with the customer support when I ran into a problem with the new mouse. When I reached out for help, they first sent me to the sales team and tried to give me links to some magazines that had nothing to do with my issue. I even tried to speak in German since the company is in Switzerland, but I still couldn't get a real person on the line or any actual help. Not gonna lie, this lack of customer service really ticked me off, and it made me feel like they didn't care at all about my experience.

ServiceHad a really bad experience with customer service. I ordered a keyboard and mouse thinking I'd get a free stand with it, but didn't see it in my confirmation email. When I reached out to them, they told me I added the items to my basket wrong and needed to place a new order. They promised to cancel the first order, but they didn't follow through. Ended up getting both items and getting charged twice. Took a lot of back and forth emails to finally get return labels, and even though they got the stuff back over two weeks ago, I still haven't gotten my money back. And to make matters worse, the keyboard stopped working after only 3 days. Been dealing with the tech team for almost a week now, getting the same troubleshooting steps in repetitive emails.

ServiceLogitech has always had my back when I've had problems with their stuff. Just the other day, my speaker cable was acting wonky, and even though they were out of warranty, Logitech hooked me up with a replacement. And don't even get me started on my gaming keyboard - 10 years and still going strong, no problems at all.
