Defective item, difficult replacement process

Honestly, the customer service was terrible. The item I got was messed up, and instead of making it easy for me to return and get a new one, they made it so difficult. And now, after all that hassle, it's taking forever to get the replacement. It's so frustrating and I really thought they would do better, especially since they claim to have high-quality products.

I had a problem with the software on my product and I contacted customer service for help. I am really not happy with how the company has been handling my issue. My ticket has been open for almost two months now, and I have had to repeat the same information many times with no solution in sight. It's frustrating to see no progress even after getting a higher-up involved. This whole situation has been a letdown and I would advise others to steer clear of this brand's customer service.

Online purchase of a gaming mouse

I bought a gaming mouse online not too long ago, eh. But you know what, the customer service totally sucked, eh. I sent back the mouse over two months ago, got confirmation that they got it, but still no refund, eh. I've been emailing them over and over, and they keep passing it to different people with no answers, eh. Honestly, the service at this company is the worst, I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from them, eh.

I'm so frustrated with the customer service I've been getting lately. I've been trying to get a new headset for 9 months now, creating 6 tickets along the way. It's been such a hassle, and it feels like it's never going to end. I used to be able to email them, but now I can't find that option anywhere. Every time I call, they just pass me around between UPS and customer service with no solution in sight. Even the chat feature doesn't help, my messages just seem to go unnoticed.
