Despite facing difficulties with the head office, my personal tax preparer has always given me great service for more than 20 years. However, my interactions with the company's website and higher-ups have been far from ideal. When I tried to reach out to my local office, no one answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message. Even when I called the head office, the customer service representatives were unhelpful and seemed to brush off my concerns. I was really let down by the lack of professionalism and support from the corporate side of this tax preparation service.

My software purchase experience sucked, eh. I found out they charged me extra for an option I didn't even want, and they just went ahead and chose it for me without asking. It totally rubbed me the wrong way and now I feel like I gotta tell everyone to watch out. It seems like this company is playing dirty by using sneaky tactics to trick customers into paying for stuff they don't need, and honestly, it's pretty lame.

Man, this tax software was such a pain to deal with. I couldn't even e-file my return because of some issues with the gateway and invalid code problems. Kept telling me my code was no good because I had apparently submitted it too many times, like come on! And then, when I tried to submit my company's state taxes, the whole thing kept crashing on me. I had to keep restarting it over and over again. What a headache. And then, another person I know couldn't even get the state program to load so they had to do it all manually. What a disaster. And to top it off, one time it straight up deleted all my past year's info and couldn't transfer it to the current year. Total waste of time, honestly.

My trip to the tax office was a total disaster, eh. I had to sort out my ol' dad's taxes for the last couple months of his life, and even though he'd been dealing with them for ages, the tax guy I got stuck with messed things up big time. Now we're stuck with a whole audit for money that belonged to a dead guy, and let me tell you, it's been nothing but stress and frustration. I can't believe a company with their reputation could screw up so bad.

I've been using the tax preparation services at this place for a few years now, and I've always been really impressed by how knowledgeable and skilled the professionals are here. They always give me good advice on tricky tax stuff, making sure I get as many deductions and credits as I can while still following the rules. I really like how careful and thorough they are in their work, and I think their expertise has saved me a lot of money over the years. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs help with taxes.

Yeah, so Mr. Jim Zobbs over at that place in Diberville, Mississippi, he pulled some sketchy stuff with our signatures. We totally believed in him and then he goes and lets people take our land from us. It's just not right, you know? And it's like, a really serious thing because it's a federal crime. We put our trust in him and now we've lost our property. It's really frustrating.

I had a really bad experience with the tax filing service. I booked an appointment online, but when I got to the office, the time had been changed without telling me. I had to wait behind walk-ins and late appointments, which was annoying and not very professional. The person I talked to online couldn't help me and told me to go to an office. It's been a big hassle trying to get help at an office. And to top it off, the staff didn't know how to file the form I needed, so it was all a waste of time and really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend their tax filing services at all.
