Recent invoice payment
I got this bill from Bright Side out of the blue and it really messed with my finances. They didn't explain anything, which made it all the more frustrating and tough to fix quickly. Their poor customer service and lack of communication just made things harder, causing a lot of unnecessary stress. I'd tell others to watch out for billing problems with this company down the line.
Terrible billing practices
This company is such a scam! They charge way too much for things they don't even do and keep taking your money even when you want to stop. It's like they target folks who are in need of help. Save your time and cash and stay away from this fake "service."
Refund issue on insurance plan
So I went ahead and got this thing for my insurance plan, eh. But then they didn't give me back my $95! Like, seriously, that's a lot of money for me, ya know? And then when I tried to book an appointment, they had like, no available times for me to go. So I decided to cancel it and now I'm sending them emails every day until they give me my money back. I mean, come on, why does this have to be so difficult?
