Upgrade to Premium version
I've been using the free version of this product for a while now and it's been doing the job for basic protection. But with all these cyber security threats going around, I thought it was time to upgrade to the Premium version. And let me tell you, it's been worth every penny. The Premium version not only gives top-notch protection but does it without slowing down my system, which is a huge plus for me.
App security solution
The security app I recently bought has been amazing! The antivirus protection is so good, it gives me peace of mind about my device's security. The VPN feature is really easy to use, I can browse the internet safely. The app's user interface is super intuitive, I can navigate and customize my security settings without any trouble. Plus, it doesn't slow down my device at all, which is great. I totally recommend this app to anyone who wants top-notch mobile security.
Free computer protection
It's not bad since it's free, but there are way too many annoying pop-ups that make me want to throw my computer out the window. I mean, I understand that you're trying to get me to subscribe, but do you really have to interrupt me while I'm watching a movie or checking my emails? It's so irritating and totally kills my mood, you know? Sometimes I just wish I could get rid of it.

Cancelled free trial
I tried to reach customer service because I got charged for a cancelled free trial but couldn't get through. They didn't reply to my emails, and I was told I need to be a member for better support. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payment.
Return request denied
I tried to cancel my purchase within the allowed time, so I contacted the support team. But instead of agreeing to cancel it, they suggested I buy another product. I've sent more emails asking for the cancellation, but they haven't responded at all. It's really unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this company.
Anti-virus software
I was so annoyed with the customer service at this company. They won't even pick up the phone if you're not a customer and the chat support won't help unless you buy something first. But the deals they have right now don't suit me at all. And to top it off, those annoying pop-up windows kept coming back no matter how many times I closed them.
December 5-Computer License
I bought a 5-computer license back in December, but I can't use it because of some technical problems. I couldn't get any help over the phone, and it made me feel frustrated and let down. It seems like the money I spent on this product hasn't really paid off, and I don't think I'll keep using it in the future. As a customer, I need to watch my budget and I expect better service from a company I can trust. Having to post reviews on other websites is a hassle for me, and I don't see the point. Also, I'm worried about my email name being shown publicly. All in all, I'm not happy with how things have gone and I won't be recommending this service to anyone.
Subscription renewal
So, I signed up for this thing, eh? And then, out of nowhere, they went ahead and charged my credit card way before my subscription was even close to ending! Like, why do they think they can just take my money like that, eh? And then, when I emailed them about it, they didn't even bother getting back to me. Not cool, Avira. Not cool at all, eh.
Chromebook compatibility
I got all mixed up when I saw on the website that the product was supposed to work with my Chromebook, but sometimes it just doesn't. Can someone please help me figure out which product is actually the best for a Chromebook?
Avira Prime antivirus
I just started using Avira Prime after my old antivirus started giving me problems. I've got it on both my laptop and desktop, and it's been working like a charm on both. I know some people are worried about their data being sold, but personally I haven't had any issues with that yet.
Antivirus software issues
This antivirus program has been a real pain to deal with, eh. It keeps crashing in the background without giving me a heads up, leaving me wide open to security risks. And sometimes the right-click menu in the system tray just stops working, leaving me no choice but to reinstall the whole darn program. And even when I try to fix it, it never seems to be a permanent solution, eh. The worst part is when Avira locks up my files and makes me restart just to unlock them. And let me tell ya, the user interface is just awful, making it super hard to find your way around, especially if you're not a tech whiz, you know what I mean?
