TimingMan, I was so pumped to get this antivirus program to keep my computer safe from all the sketchy stuff online. But then when they went to bill me, they couldn't even take the money out! Like, seriously? I signed up at the beginning of the month and they tried to charge me on the 25th. Not cool at all. It was frustrating enough that I had to start a whole new subscription. Who has time for that? Definitely not me. So, I have to give them 3 stars because that billing problem really took away from how awesome their product could have been.

TimingSo, I signed up for this thing, eh? And then, out of nowhere, they went ahead and charged my credit card way before my subscription was even close to ending! Like, why do they think they can just take my money like that, eh? And then, when I emailed them about it, they didn't even bother getting back to me. Not cool, Avira. Not cool at all, eh.
