Communicationsupport kept sending instructions about cancelling paid auto-renewals, which made no sense since I'm on a trial and never paid. I had to explain the same simple issue multiple times. They asked for extra info and I sent everything they requested except my phone number, but answers kept missing the point. It’s not dramatic, just a lot of wasted time and feeling like the support people weren't reading carefully. So yeah, my pre-purchase doubts about responsiveness weren't eased. Friendly company vibe, but I'm not confident enough to buy. Maybe others get better luck.

CommunicationMan, I had the worst time trying to get help from customer service. It was impossible to reach them, no matter what I did. Plus, there's no email to contact them, which is so frustrating. And the support tool not working was a complete nightmare!

CommunicationI tried to reach customer service because I got charged for a cancelled free trial but couldn't get through. They didn't reply to my emails, and I was told I need to be a member for better support. I had to contact my bank to cancel the payment.
