In today's digital world, there are plenty of threats out there, but thankfully, I haven't had any issues thanks to this awesome antivirus software. It just works quietly in the background, giving me peace of mind. I really like the Identity Assistant feature, it's super helpful. But it's a bummer that the Family subscription only lets you monitor one email address, I need to keep an eye on more than that. The subscription overview layout could be easier to follow too. Also, there's this weird thing with the Prime subscription where the antivirus software says it's not installed, but then when I try to install it, I get a message saying it's already installed.

I bought something online not long ago and thought everything was okay until I tried to install it. The installation was a total mess and nothing was working right. I attempted to reach out to customer service through the chat option, but the advice I got was unclear and not helpful at all. Dealing with it was so frustrating.

It's not bad since it's free, but there are way too many annoying pop-ups that make me want to throw my computer out the window. I mean, I understand that you're trying to get me to subscribe, but do you really have to interrupt me while I'm watching a movie or checking my emails? It's so irritating and totally kills my mood, you know? Sometimes I just wish I could get rid of it.
