A facial recognition option showed up and I promptly switched to it, which fixed my immediate problem. I don’t know if support intervened or an update rolled back, but the resolution worked. I’m wary and will keep testing the new flow, but for now it’s usable and better than stuck with nothing.

In today's digital world, there are plenty of threats out there, but thankfully, I haven't had any issues thanks to this awesome antivirus software. But it's a bummer that the Family subscription only lets you monitor one email address, I need to keep an eye on more than that. The subscription overview layout could be easier to follow too. Also, there's this weird thing with the Prime subscription where the antivirus software says it's not installed, but then when I try to install it, I get a message saying it's already installed.

It's not bad since it's free, but there are way too many annoying pop-ups that make me want to throw my computer out the window.
