ComplaintsI just bought anti-virus software from this company, but I had a bad time with their customer service. I tried to get a refund, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to give me my money back. Just a heads up, be careful when you're buying stuff from this company.

ComplaintsThis program gets installed by another company without asking if I want it. Trying to uninstall it is way too hard, and it's just annoying for us users. Honestly, it seems like they're just trying to make money off of us.

ComplaintsThis company doesn't deserve a good review at all. Their customer service is non-existent - I've sent several emails and haven't heard back once. The only thing they seem to be good at is charging my subscription fees on time.

ComplaintsI tried to cancel my purchase within the allowed time, so I contacted the support team. But instead of agreeing to cancel it, they suggested I buy another product. I've sent more emails asking for the cancellation, but they haven't responded at all. It's really unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this company.
