I actually like the feel of the software — lightweight, not in your face, and it does what it’s supposed to do on my laptop and phone. It’s easy to use and I don’t notice any slowdowns, which is why I stuck with it. That said, the billing side was a hassle. They renewed me about a month early without telling me, and somehow I ended up double-covered for four months this year — literally paying twice for the same coverage. It felt sloppy, like there’s no flag in their system to stop overlap. I waited a few days for a reply to my email and heard nothing; other folks on forums say the same. So now I’m in a PayPal dispute and thinking of calling my bank’s fraud team if needed. I’m still recommending the product for everyday protection because it works, but be careful and check your statements. If they cleaned up communications and billing alerts, this would be a no-brainer. As is, good product, frustrating admin — worth trying, just watch your renewal dates.

I just bought anti-virus software from this company, but I had a bad time with their customer service. I tried to get a refund, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to give me my money back. Just a heads up, be careful when you're buying stuff from this company.

This program gets installed by another company without asking if I want it. Trying to uninstall it is way too hard, and it's just annoying for us users. Honestly, it seems like they're just trying to make money off of us.
