Sous Vide Precision Cooker
So, yeah, I had this weird thing happen with my sous vide cooker where it was giving off a funky smell. I reached out to customer service and this guy named Patrick Chua helped me out. He was super nice and quick in dealing with the issue. Before I knew it, they had already sent me a new cooker to replace the one that was acting up. I was really surprised at how fast they fixed everything because I wasn't even sure if the cooker was actually busted. I bought it online back in December, so I'm glad Anova's customer service team was able to help me out so smoothly.
Sous Vide 3.0 purchase
I bought a Sous Vide 3.0 last year in May and I've been really happy with it. However, I ran into a problem where it would shut off randomly while I was cooking. So, I went online and filed a warranty claim. The customer service team got back to me quickly and walked me through some troubleshooting. They figured out that I needed a replacement unit. They sent me a new one within 10 days of me filing the claim. Even though it was a bummer to have the issue, I was really impressed with the service I got after buying it.
Electric oven purchase
I bought an electric oven from this company, eh? And sadly, it crapped out shortly after. When I reached out to them, they said they'd send me a new one, but it's been over 3 months and still no replacement. I'm so fed up, I'll have to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. The customer service team responds fast, but it seems like they're not doing much to fix the problem. It's really disappointing how they've dealt with this whole situation, eh.
Wifi Sous Vide Gen 2
As someone who loves food and knows how to use technology well, I was really interested in trying out a Wifi Sous Vide device. When I got the Gen 2 model, I was happy to find out how simple it was to use. Being able to cook from a distance using the wifi feature is really great. I can keep an eye on my cooking and make changes from anywhere, which makes preparing meals so much easier. I haven't had any problems with the product and it has actually gone above and beyond what I expected. I've already told my friends and family about it, especially those who love cooking as much as I do.
Toaster oven purchase
I bought a toaster oven from this company not too long ago, and even though the oven works fine, the customer service is terrible. The toaster oven got a ground fault, and I've been trying for weeks to hear back from them. I've sent multiple emails but it seems like the team in charge of warranty replacements doesn't even exist. I only ever hear from a junior rep who keeps saying they're waiting for a decision. It's really frustrating and not okay to be left hanging like this with no solution in sight.
Precision COOKER NANO purchase
I ordered a Precision COOKER NANO but had a bad experience with the customer service. I never got any updates on my delivery status even though I sent several emails and chatted online with their reps. Turns out the item was on back order and wouldn't be sent out until mid-June, which didn't work for me. It ended up being a waste of my time and money.
Sous-vide cooker purchase
I just bought a sous-vide cooker on sale during Black Friday and snagged a great deal. It came in super quick, faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise. But I didn't get any updates on the shipping, which seems to be a problem for others too. Even so, the cooker itself is top-notch. It might not be ideal for daily cooking because it takes a while, but it's a sturdy piece of equipment that I can't wait to use on weekends.
Precision cooking device purchase
I just got this precision cooking gadget from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how it's been working. It's super easy to use and it helps me nail perfectly cooked meals every single time. This new way of cooking has really stepped up my game in the kitchen and I'm pumped to try out more recipes. The quality of this product speaks for itself and I trust that it's gonna last me a long time with great performance.
