App & PortalThe app for this product is terrible. It keeps disconnecting and is honestly a waste of time. I find it's much simpler and quicker to just set the temperature and time manually on the front of the product. The product itself works great, consistently giving me delicious sous vide meals. Don't bother with the app, just stick to the manual controls and save yourself the trouble.

App & PortalAs someone who loves food and knows how to use technology well, I was really interested in trying out a Wifi Sous Vide device. When I got the Gen 2 model, I was happy to find out how simple it was to use. Being able to cook from a distance using the wifi feature is really great. I can keep an eye on my cooking and make changes from anywhere, which makes preparing meals so much easier. I haven't had any problems with the product and it has actually gone above and beyond what I expected. I've already told my friends and family about it, especially those who love cooking as much as I do.
