Smart home device purchase

ServiceThe customer service at Anova is terrible, the worst I've ever dealt with. They don't seem to exist, not responding to any questions or problems with their products. It's like they just want to make a sale and then disappear when things go wrong. I bought things that didn't work together, and when I asked for help, I got no response. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

ServiceSo I ordered this Nano thing online, and let me tell ya, it was a total mess. I was so stoked about it, but man, it was such a letdown. They told me it was available, but then they flip-flopped and said it wasn't, so now I had to wait forever to actually get it. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it was like talking to a wall, no help whatsoever! You can bet your bottom dollar I ain't ordering from them again.

ServiceI really wish I had checked out the reviews before buying this sous vide cooker. When it works, it's great, but getting customer support for a return is a nightmare. I've been waiting for a return authorization for six months now, and their customer service is basically non-existent. Dealing with their support team is a complete nightmare, and I'd rather poke myself with a rusty fork than deal with this again.

ServiceMy Anova gadget stopped working after 2 years, which was a bummer. I was thinking of getting the pro version and a sous vide container, but after reading lots of bad reviews about the company's shipping, communication, and overall customer service, I decided to hold off on buying more. It's too bad to see a company with so much promise ruining its image with shoddy business habits. If Anova wants to keep customers and bring in new ones, they gotta fix these problems right away and improve their customer service.

ServiceI bought a sous-vide cooker from this company not long ago, but it crapped out on me after just a few times using it. When I tried to get some help from customer service, it was a total nightmare. They wouldn't help me out at all, saying I couldn't show them a receipt for the purchase. Even though I was signed up for their newsletters, they were no help and straight-up brushed me off. I ended up getting a way cheaper option that works just as good as the old one and has better WIFI too. I'm warning everyone to watch out for this company and their terrible customer service.

ServiceSo, yeah, I had this weird thing happen with my sous vide cooker where it was giving off a funky smell. I reached out to customer service and this guy named Patrick Chua helped me out. He was super nice and quick in dealing with the issue. Before I knew it, they had already sent me a new cooker to replace the one that was acting up. I was really surprised at how fast they fixed everything because I wasn't even sure if the cooker was actually busted. I bought it online back in December, so I'm glad Anova's customer service team was able to help me out so smoothly.
Sous Vide 3.0 purchase
Sous Vide 3.0 purchase
ServiceI bought a Sous Vide 3.0 last year in May and I've been really happy with it. However, I ran into a problem where it would shut off randomly while I was cooking. So, I went online and filed a warranty claim. The customer service team got back to me quickly and walked me through some troubleshooting. They figured out that I needed a replacement unit. They sent me a new one within 10 days of me filing the claim. Even though it was a bummer to have the issue, I was really impressed with the service I got after buying it.
