TimingI got this sous vide precision cooker from this company and man, it's amazing! But then I decided to order a vacuum sealer and bags as a Christmas gift. The website said it would arrive before Christmas, but it's already the 26th and still no sign of it. Where's the customer service, eh? Like seriously, having a great product is nice and all, but if your customer service isn't up to par, you're gonna start losing customers. Step it up, guys. Cute messages ain't gonna do the trick. We want accurate info!

TimingI just bought a sous-vide cooker on sale during Black Friday and snagged a great deal. It came in super quick, faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise. But I didn't get any updates on the shipping, which seems to be a problem for others too. Even so, the cooker itself is top-notch. It might not be ideal for daily cooking because it takes a while, but it's a sturdy piece of equipment that I can't wait to use on weekends.
