I got a day pass for a hotel, but when I got there, they didn't have my reservation so I had to buy it again. I tried to email ResortPass but no response. So frustrating! They only respond to emails, which is ridiculous. It's been a week and they still haven't sorted it out.

I bought something from Mac and the customer service was terrible. I got the item, saw it was pretty much the same as something I already had, so I tried to return it. But when I went back to the store less than a day later, they said no refunds, it's their policy. I called head office and they said go back the next day and insist on a refund, but that didn't sit right with me. The manager wasn't helpful at all and just didn't want to give me my money back. The whole thing just made me feel so annoyed and like I wasn't being supported.

I just got a book I ordered from this company and I was a bit bummed ‘cause one of the pages had a resolution problem. But then, they totally came through for me! They let me fix the page and sent me a new book at no extra cost. Their commitment to making customers happy really blew me away. I would have been happy to pay for the fix myself, but they took care of it without hesitation. So awesome!

The yarn I ordered came in super fast and it's just gorgeous. The colors blend together so smoothly, and the little knots disappear once I finish stitching. It looks amazing overall, and I'm really happy with what I bought. I'll for sure be coming back to this site for my next project.
