Progressive prescription glasses with frame and lenses
I got myself a pair of progressive prescription glasses from this place around eight months back. At first, I was pretty happy with my buy since the frame and lenses were top-notch quality and the price was fair. But then, one day, a screw decided to take a little trip away from the glasses. I got in touch with their customer service, and to my surprise, they replied super quick. Within a week, I had a brand new replacement pair in my hands without any extra charges. They even sent me a label to send back the broken frame so they could give it away. Their customer service blew me away, and I just had to share this awesome experience. I'm definitely coming back to them for all my glasses needs.

I bought eyeshadow palette
So, I totally messed up (oops, my bad) but this super friendly salesperson named Esra totally saved the day! They were really laid back and broke everything down for me. It definitely made me feel less awkward about my blunder. All in all, the customer service was amazing!
