Quick delivery disappointment
I was so excited to get my order before my trip, but it got delayed. And when I tried to reach customer service, it was a complete mess. They didn't respond at all, and even their phone number was no good. This kind of service just isn't cool, and it's really put me off.

My socks
My socks don't stay up and it really annoyed me! I called them up and they just brushed it off. I told them I'm done buying from them!<br><br>Update - After leaving a not-so-great review, they ended up giving me a store credit. That was cool of them! I might consider giving them another shot!
