Their customer service is top-notch and a big reason why I'll keep shopping here. The quality of their clothes is just too good to pass up, even after this little issue.

Calender purchase delay
I recently bought a calendar from this company, but it took way longer than expected to get to me. I ordered it on December 28th and got an email saying it was delivered, but it never showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service by email and even left a review on their website, but heard nothing back. All I wanted was either the calendar I paid for or my money back. Finally, on January 20th, the calendar showed up out of the blue with no word from the company. I'm happy to have it now, but the lack of communication and slow delivery was a letdown.
