Frustrating video player experience
I just finished this 40-hour online course and let me tell you, the video player was brutal. Even though my internet is solid, the videos kept freezing, buffering, and cutting out. I had to reload the page over and over again. It was such a pain and took up so much time. I was really let down by the whole thing and I won't be signing up for any more courses from them.

Unwanted automatic renewal charged
I just wanted to share a not-so-great experience I had with the auto-renewal of a service I used in the past. Because of travel restrictions, I didn't get any notifications or updates, but my credit card was still charged for the annual renewal without me knowing. When I contacted customer service, they said no refund was possible but I could give the service to someone else. I was really let down by their lack of flexibility and empathy for the situation. Transparency and communication are super important to me as a customer, especially during uncertain times.

Wreath purchase
The wreath I got was so beautiful and well-made. The design and materials were really top quality and it looked so elegant in my home. But I wish there had been a note in the box telling me to fluff it out for the right size. At first, I thought they sent me the wrong size and it caused some confusion and extra calls to customer service. Adding that little note would have saved me some time and trouble overall.

Paint Primer Cans
I bought three cans of paint primer from this store and I was really let down by their return policy. I tried a bit out and saw it wouldn't work, but when I wanted to return them, they said no. Because of this bad customer service, I'm going to shop somewhere else, like Home Depot or Amazon. It's too bad they couldn't do a simple return, now they lost a customer who usually spends money on fixing up my home.
