What a disaster of a delivery experience from this company! We were given a delivery time slot and waited eagerly by our front door, only to get an email two minutes after the time was up, saying the driver couldn't make it and left a card. Nobody came to our door, and there was no card! We called their office, and they said the driver was close by, but he never showed up, despite us waiting on the road to flag him down. After multiple calls, we were promised the parcel would be dropped off at the end of the day, but that didn't happen either. The parcel finally arrived a day late, and the driver even had the nerve to say it wasn't even on the van for delivery the day before. This whole thing was a major waste of time and very frustrating. DX seriously needs to improve their systems to avoid this kind of mess in the future.

I've been using the app development service for a good few years now, but I ran into some problems with the app recently. Luckily, Sam from customer service was a huge help in sorting everything out quickly and effectively. He not only walked me through fixing the issues but also made sure I was happy with how everything turned out. I really appreciate Sam's help and knowledge, especially since he's the same person who helped me create the app in the first place. The clothing from this place is just top-notch, eh? I've been slowly switching out my entire wardrobe with their clothes because they are so well-made, you know? The chinos and Oxford shirts are my personal favorites; sure, they're a bit pricey but definitely worth the investment, eh? I have never had to return anything I've purchased because the quality is just that good, you know?

Group organizing platform
The group organization platform has so much potential, but it's just not cutting it because of all the technical problems and the lousy customer service. As someone who runs a group on there, I've run into a ton of issues trying to plan events and keep my group organized. The site is always acting up, with features that don't work like they should. And don't even get me started on the customer support - they're basically MIA, taking forever to respond and giving unhelpful advice like clearing the cache, which never fixes anything. It's super frustrating relying on a platform that's so unreliable and doesn't give enough support to its users.
