I gotta say, I was actually really impressed with the nicotine-infused chewing alternatives I bought. I've been using System Mechanic for a while, eh, but I just found out that there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card for an automatic renewal. I tried to cancel it, but the customer service was brutal, eh? They just kept giving me the run-around and saying they'd process a refund, but nothing ever showed up. What a scam, eh?

Yeti 500 X battery bag
I had a terrible time with the online ordering system at this store. I was trying to order a Yeti 500 X battery bag, which I thought would be easy, but boy was I wrong! The online ordering was a complete disaster. I did everything the system asked, but it never said my order was confirmed. So, I clicked the button again, only to find out that I accidentally ordered twice! When I called customer service for help, no one picked up the phone. I couldn't even cancel the order online because the website was a mess. Eventually, Purolator shipped the order, and I had to make a trip to the store to return it. Such a waste of time and energy, not to mention the frustration of dealing with their incompetence. I would suggest avoiding their online ordering at all costs.
