I just bought some activewear from NUX and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how awesome the stuff is. The material is top quality, super comfy and tough even when I'm going hard at the gym. The fit is spot on and makes me look good, while giving me the support and freedom to move. I've tossed them in the wash a bunch of times and they're still looking fresh, no fading or getting all stretched out. I for sure will be coming back for more activewear from NUX.

I bought a bouquet for my friend's birthday, but the delivery got delayed. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times for an update, but no one picked up and my emails were ignored. It was frustrating not getting any help or updates about the delivery.

I recently bought something online and man, the service was just terrible. I thought everything was going well when they gave me a tracking number saying my stuff was on its way. But turns out the info was all messed up - talking about places near me that don't even exist. Then they said my stuff got delivered with a signature, but I never got anything. I tried emailing them a bunch of times with no response. So now I'm trying to get my money back from my credit card company. Really disappointed with the whole thing.

I was so impressed with how quickly I received my stuff, and the staff were all amazing - especially Darren and Mark, they were so helpful and honest. Omar was really cool too. Overall, they were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work.

I was so pumped to take this knitting class, but now I'm totally disappointed! The customer service used to be awesome, but now they're not even answering my questions about saving my classes. I have so many saved and now I might lose them all! Not cool, eh.

I recently bought a pair of work boots online, but the whole thing was a total letdown. The website seemed legit and I snagged a good deal on the boots, but things went south real quick. The payment company was different than I thought, and the delivery service they used was a mess. Even though I got a tracking number, I never got updates on where my boots were, and UPS couldn't deliver them. I tried calling and emailing the company, but got nowhere. The lack of communication and customer service was a huge letdown, and the boots ended up getting sent back. Dealing with all this was a headache and made me feel totally ignored as a customer.
