    Bruiser 2.0 boots

    My experience buying the Bruiser 2.0 boots from your store was quite a struggle. It was tough trying to find Caterpillar boots my wife would like that could be sent to NZ, but then we found your store. The only problem was you don't ship to NZ, so we had to make a You Shop account, which cost a lot. We ordered the Unisex size 4 W, but got size 4 M instead. They still fit, but we were disappointed they weren't the wide size we wanted. Returning them was too expensive, so we just kept them. Overall, the whole process wasn't as smooth as we had wanted.

    Comfy shoes for outdoor activities

    I got a pair of shoes for the outdoors and they turned out to be super comfy and gave good support. I wore them for taking my dog out in the fields twice a day, and they lasted well for over a year. However, after a while, they started letting in water, which was a bit of a letdown. I reached out to customer service, and after some email back and forth, they agreed to send me a new pair, even though it was just past the warranty period. I was really impressed by their customer service and kindness, as I wasn't expecting a full replacement. I'm now crossing my fingers that the new pair is just as comfy and long-lasting as the first one, like other people have experienced. In the end, I'm happy with the quality of the shoes and the customer service from the company.

    Overpriced shoes

    I stopped by your store the other day and man, was I let down by the shoe prices. I spotted a pair I really liked marked at $100, but when I got to the till, the price had jumped to $200! When I questioned it, they said it was my fault for clicking on an outdated link. Honestly, that excuse didn't sit right with me and it just rubbed me the wrong way. So, I decided to shop somewhere else. If this is how you handle your customers, count me out. I'm not down with shady business like that.

    I just bought a pair of boots online, and at first, I was really impressed with all the choices and how easy it was to order. But things quickly took a turn for the worse. The website said I'd get my delivery in two days, but after waiting for three days, I still hadn't heard anything about my order. Trying to reach customer service was a total nightmare. It took me a bunch of tries to actually get in touch, and when I finally did, I had to wait on hold for over two hours before I could talk to someone. The agent I spoke to said they'd call the couriers for me, but I didn't get any updates until I called back. The lack of communication and follow-up was so disappointing. In the end, I was left feeling like my boots were lost in the mail, with no helpful answers or solutions from customer service. I had a really terrible experience with both the website and the customer service, to be honest.

    Work boots purchased

    I recently bought a pair of work boots online, but the whole thing was a total letdown. The website seemed legit and I snagged a good deal on the boots, but things went south real quick. The payment company was different than I thought, and the delivery service they used was a mess. Even though I got a tracking number, I never got updates on where my boots were, and UPS couldn't deliver them. I tried calling and emailing the company, but got nowhere. The lack of communication and customer service was a huge letdown, and the boots ended up getting sent back. Dealing with all this was a headache and made me feel totally ignored as a customer.

    Invader SB FO E HRO Work Shoe

    This company is a total let down. I ordered a pair of work shoes to be delivered to my home, but they didn't even try to bring them to me. They just dropped them off at a location and when I complained, they told me to go pick them up myself next time. That's not right. I paid for home delivery and that's what I expected. They didn't even make an effort to bring me the boots, and now it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. It seems like a scam to me, because I paid for a service that I didn't receive. UPS didn't even try to deliver the boots to my house, and they didn't leave any notice either. I'm really disappointed with their lack of customer service and I won't be buying from this company again. I'm going to make a video on YouTube with all the proof of how they were dishonest and didn't care about their customers.
